Tomato soup

4 tomatoes
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp butter
8-10 fried bread crumbs or crutons
1 tsp sugar
3/4 cup water
1 garlic clove grated
1 inch ginger


1.boil tomatoes in cooker and make paste in the blender.
2.heat butter in a pan, add ginger garlic and saute.
3.pour tomato paste in pan and add water.boil for some time.
3.add salt, sugar and pepper powder.
4.add bread crumbs in the end while serving.
