1/4 Cup Rice flour 2 tsp Urad flour 1/4 cup teaspoon Wheat flour 1 tsp Jeera 1 tbsp chopped tomatoes/Puree 1 tbsp onion finely chopped 1 chili finely chopped 1/2 tsp Ginger (grated) 1 tsp yogurt water Salt to taste oil
Method 1. Mix all flours and other ingredients by adding water. Beat the mixture so that no lumps are formed. The batter should not be too thin. 2. Heat the dosa griddle, grease it with oil. 3. Pour the batter gradually & spread it slowly. 4. Add few drops of oil around the dosa, cook on medium flame & turn around the other side. 5. This delicious dosa is ready in just 10 mins. Top it with butter.
